Receta Best Ever Potato Soup

Ingredientes
- 3 slices bacon (save 3 tbsp. fat)
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 2 cans lowfat milk measured in soup cans
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. water
- Cracked pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Saute/fry lightly bacon and onion. In Dutch oven or possibly large pan, add in onion and bacon that has been crumbled with potatoes and water. Cook covered 15 min or possibly till tender. Add in remaining ingredients - heat thoroughly, don't boil for more than 5 min. (Can be frzn).
