- 2 c. pumpkin
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 c. white sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Mix all together beating till smooth. Fill (greased and floured) 1 lb. coffee can half full. Bake 1 hour 30 min in preheated 350 degree oven. Excellent for freezing.
