Receta Best Ever String Beans

Ingredientes
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 tbsp. diced onion
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar
- 3 cans string beans
- Herb bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Make a sauce by melting butter, flour, salt, pepper, sugar and lowfat milk. Stir and blend well. Then add in lowfat sour cream, onion and grated cheese. Stir and blend on low heat. Drain 3 cans green beans, put in buttered casserole; pour sauce over beans and top with buttered herb seasoned bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min in covered casserole.
