- 3 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt (less if you like)
- 1/2 c. sour lowfat milk
Direcciones
- I use 1 tsp. vinegar to 1/2 c. sweet lowfat milk and let set till the flour and shortening are blended. This is sufficient pie dough for 2 double crust pies.
