Receta Best Red Chili Ever

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut in sm. cubes
- Pepper to taste
- Garlic pwdr to taste
- 3 c. water
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp. bacon grease or possibly lard
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 (28 ounce.) can Las Palmas red chili sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 c. reserved broth
- Salt to taste
Direcciones
- Simmer beef, pepper and garlic pwdr in water till meat is tender, then add in salt to taste. Drain meat, reserving broth. Heat bacon grease or possibly lard in large skillet; add in flour to make a roux. Gradually add in red chili sauce and stir well. Add in minced garlic and reserved broth. Let simmer 15 min. Add in liquid removed meat; simmer 30 min more; salt to taste.
