Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 4 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
- 4 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in 3 qt saucepan. Stir in lowfat milk gradually. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir at least half of warm mix gradually into egg yolks. Blend into warm mix in saucepan. Boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into dessert dishes; cold slightly; chill.
