  • 1 c. Corn flakes or possibly toasted noodles crushed
  • 1 x Tomato finely minced
  • 1 x Onion finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Boiled corn kernels, (optional)
  • 1 x Potato, boiled peeled finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Coriander leaves finely minced
  • 1 tsp Green chutney, (refer chutneys)
  • 1 Tbsp. Tamarind chutney, (refer chutneys)
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala Salt to taste
  • 1/2 c. Fine sev, (optional)

Direcciones

  1. Use the instant noodles variety eg. Maggie in India. Crush them lightly.
  2. Toast them dry in a heavy pan, stirring continuously till light and crunchy.
  3. Cold, keep aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add in the onions, tomato, potato, corn, coriander.
  5. Just before serving , add in the chutneys, salt chaat masala, chilli pwdr.
  6. Add in the noodles or possibly corn flakes and mix gently with hand or possibly a spatula.
  7. Put in individual serving bowls, garnish with sev and coriander.
  8. Serve immediately.
  9. Making time: 20 min
