Receta Bib And Walnut Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 head red leaf lettuce
- 1 head bibb lettuce
- 1/2 c. Minced walnuts
- 1/2 x Tart apple
- 1/2 c. Walnut oil
- 1/4 c. Wine vinegar Salt & black pepper Grated Romano cheese
Direcciones
- Tear both heads of lettuce into bite-size pcs & place in salad bowl. Sprinkle walnuts over lettuce. Add in minced apple. Mix together oil, vinegar, salt & pepper. Drizzle over salad & toss well. Sprinkle Romano cheese over all before serving.
