  1. 1. For the base, cream together the margarine and sugar till light and fluffy.
  2. 2. Beat in the Large eggs one at a time, then mix in the flour. Add in a little lowfat milk.
  3. 3. Spread the mix into a prepared dish and spread the fruit over proportionately (reserving 1 dessertspoonful for decoration).
  4. 4. For the topping, mix the flour and sugar, then rub in the fat till the mix resembles large breadcrumbs. Sprinkle this over the top.
  5. 5. Bake at 190 C/375 F/gas mark 5 for 35-40 min or possibly till just hard to the touch. Serve hot or possibly cool topped with cream or possibly lowfat yoghurt and the remaining bilberries.
