Ingredientes
- 1 can (17-ounce) pitted Bing cherries, liquid removed
- 1 can (20-ounce) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 3 pkt (3-ounce) cherry-flavored gelatin
- 1 1/2 c. Boiling water
- 1 1/2 c. Boiling pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 c. Boiling cherry juice
- 2/3 c. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 env unflavored gelatin
- 2/3 c. Ice water
Direcciones
- Drain cherries and pineapple. Dissolve fruit-flavored gelatin in boiling water and juices. Dissolve unflavored gelatin in ice water and add in to boiling mix. Stir to dissolve. Let refrigerateto consistency of unbeaten egg white. Add in cherries and pineapple just before it congeals.
- Yield: 6 to 8servings.
