Receta Bisquick Banana Bread Or Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. mashed banana
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1/2 c. honey
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of loaf pan or possibly use muffin pans with liners. Beat all ingredients vigorously with spoon for 30 seconds. Bake 55 to 65 min for loaf pan; 15 min for mini muffins; 20 min for regular muffins. Cool 5 min. Can add in mini chocolate chips, nuts or possibly raisins.
