Receta Black Bean Chili With Beef

• 3/4 c. cooked black beans
• 1 lb stew beef cubed
• 3 Tbsp. bacon grease
• 1/4 c. minced onion
• 1/4 c. minced green peppers
• 1/2 c. diced green chilies
• 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
• 3 x beef bouillon cubes - (to 4) or possibly beef base
• 1/4 tsp grnd cumin
• 1 tsp chopped garlic
• 1/2 tsp salt Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
• 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or possibly cheddar cheese
