Receta Christmas Wreath Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. sifted cake/pastry flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. melted Crisco
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 T cake/pastry flour
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 T Crisco
Direcciones
- Sift together flour, baking pwdr, salt. Put together remaining ingredients. Stir all at once into flour mix just till blended.
- Put together sugar, flour, cinnamon; cut in Crisco till crumbly.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place half of streusel in greased 1 qt ring mold; top with half of batter. Repeat layers. Bake for about 30 min. Cool 10 min in mold. Invert on wire rack; cool. Drizzle with confectioners' glaze. Decorate. Makes 1 cake.
