Ingredientes
- 32 ounce cooked black beans liquid removed and rinsed
- 1 c. frzn corn kernels
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 lrg red bell pepper minced
- 1 bn green onions minced
- 8 x corn tortillas
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, combine black beans, corn, salsa, red bell pepper and green onions. Cook till red bell pepper and green onions are just tender, 10-15 min. Serve bean mix wrapped in hot tortillas, garnished with additional salsa.
- NOTES : This is what we had for dinner tonight. It was really easy to make and surprisingly good.
