Receta Black Bean Slaw

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. cabbage, finely shredded
- 1 (15 ounce.) can black beans, rinsed and liquid removed
- 1/2 c. carrots, shredded
- 1/2 c. red onion, minced
- 1/4 c. cilantro, minced
- 1/4 c. yogurt, plain, non fat
- 1/2 c. salsa, no salt added
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, reduced calorie
- 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Direcciones
- Combine cabbage, beans, carrots, onion and cilantro in a large bowl; toss well. Combine yogurt, salsa, mayonnaise, vinegar and lime juice in a small bowl; mix well. Pour yogurt mix over cabbage mix and toss gently. Cover and refrigerateat least 2 hrs. Garnish, with fresh cilantro sprigs, if you like.
