- 1 c. Black Sweet Rice, soaked in hot water overnight
- 1 1/2 c. Taro root, diced into cubes
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Thai Kitchen Coconut Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Drain Off The Water From The Rice. Cook The Liquid removed Rice In 4 C. Of Water At Medium Heat Till Soft. Add in Taro Root And Mix Well. When Taro Root Is Cooked, Add in Sugar, Bring To A Boil And Remove From Stove. In A Small Pan Combine Coconut Lowfat milk With Salt And Bring To A Boil. Serve Hot.
