- 12 ounce Frzn Blackberries
- 3/4 c. Sugar

- In a small saucepan over medium heat, bring Blackberries and sugar to a boil. Boil for 10 min, or possibly till mix thickens. Strain through a sieve and add in water, a Tbsp. at a time, till coulis is the consistency of a sauce. Chill till ready to use.
