Receta Muffins with mixed vegetables and cheese
Savory muffins full of divine vegetable - cheese flavor.
Ingredientes
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup wholemeal flour
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup shredded emmental cheese + for sprinkling
- 1 egg
- 30 g butter, melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 tbs ready made salsa
Direcciones
- Sift flours together in a large bowl, add baking powder and salt, stir and combine.
- Add shredded cheese, stir.
- Combine egg, butter, milk and salsa in another bowl, mix well.
- Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture and stir gently with a fork until all ingredients are just moistened.
- Spoon batter evenly into each muffin cup that has been previously oiled or into silicone or paper cups.
- Sprinkle each muffin with extra cheese and bake them at 200º C for 20 minutes or until done.
