Direcciones

  1. Sift flours together in a large bowl, add baking powder and salt, stir and combine.
  2. Add shredded cheese, stir.
  3. Combine egg, butter, milk and salsa in another bowl, mix well.
  4. Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture and stir gently with a fork until all ingredients are just moistened.
  5. Spoon batter evenly into each muffin cup that has been previously oiled or into silicone or paper cups.
  6. Sprinkle each muffin with extra cheese and bake them at 200º C for 20 minutes or until done.
