Freshly caught Red Snapper ,cleaned filleted ,and coated with Oregano ,Basil and Olive Oil ,served with Fresh Grilled Veggies over Jasmine Rice ..It's A Party In your mouth ,Healthy ,Clean Eating ,And Oh so Good!!!
Ingredientes
- 6-pieces of Red Snapper,Filllet's..about 4 ounces each
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp kosher salt ..or sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp good olive Oil
- FRESH VEGGIES
- 1 Bunch Asparagus
- 1 Zucchini
- 1Squash
- 1 Baby eggplant
- 1 Sweet Onion
- 1 Large Tomato
- Olive Oil for Grilling
Direcciones
- In a med sized bowl Combine Paprika ,Oregano,Cayenne ,Sugar ,Salt and Pepper,mix well set aside
- Sprinkle Top of Fillets with about a tsp of mixture ,pat gently and put in Fridge about an hour ,covered
- Heat 1 tsp Olive OIL In a heavy skillet
- make sure skillet is very hot but not smoking add 3 fillets and cook about 3 minutes on each side ,remove to a plate with paper towels and add the other tsp of Oil and the remaining 3 pieces of fish.
- Fr the Grilled Veggies preheat the grill
- Spray sheet pan
- place sliced Veggies on the sheet pan brushing with Olive oil on both Sides grill about 15 minutes ,turning once
- remove from heat and sprinkle with kosher salt
- Cook Jasmine Rice
- Plate Fish add fresh veggies and Rice.,Serve with a cold Beer ,and Enjoy...
