Ingredientes
- 3 c. cubed raw potatoes
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 sm. onion, quartered
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Wash, peel and cut up potatoes. Pat dry with paper towel. Put all ingredients into blender container. Cover. Press "chop" button for 10 seconds. Use spatula to push potatoes down if necessary. (Stop motor when using spatula.)
