Receta Blender Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 can (29 ounce.) solid pack pumpkin
- 2 packets Alba Fit n Frosty (vanilla)
- 2 packets unflavored Knox gelatin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 4 packets of Equal
- 1/4 c. Jello instant pudding (vanilla)
Direcciones
- Mix Knox gelatin with 3 Tbsp. cool water. Let set 1 minute to get hard. Put everything in blender except pumpkin. Put in 1 1/3 c. boiling water. Turn blender on high. Spoon in pumpkin a little at a time. Mix thoroughly. Pour into baked pie shell. Counts: 2 vegetable, 1 lowfat milk. (Weight Watchers)
