Receta Blenderized Broccoli Soup
Ingredientes
- 2 c. cooked vegetables, diced (broccoli, asparagus, carrots, or possibly cauliflower)
- 1 1/2 c. chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Direcciones
- Place diced vegetables in blender. Add in 1/2 c. bouillon. Blend on high speed till pureed. Add in seasonings. Serve warm or possibly cool, with or possibly without buttermilk. Makes about 4 c..
