Receta Blond Brownies

Ingredientes
- 1/2 pound butter
- 2 c. light brown sugar
- 4 Large eggs, well beaten
- 2 1/2 c. cake flour, sifted
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 16 ounce. chocolate bits, mini
- 1 1/2 c. pecans, minced
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2. Heat the butter, add in the sugar, and stir till it has dissolved.
- 3. Add in the Large eggs. Sift the flour and baking pwdr together and add in which, with the vanilla, to the batter.
- 4. Coat the chocolate bits and nuts lightly with flour, then fold into the cake dough. Butter a 9 x 12 1/2 inch pan and dust with flour.
- 5. Bake the brownies for 30 min and then leave the pan in the oven for another 15 min. Cut into squares while still hot. These keep well if they are wrapped in foil, once they are cooled. Serves 8.
