  • 2 cups buttermilk pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup sugar or splenda
  • 1 cup blood orange cranberry tea, cooled
  • 1.2 cups dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp fat free half and half (as needed to thin glaze to desired consistency) fat free half and half
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 crisp bacon slices, broken into pieces
