Receta Blue Cheese Bacon Corn Muffins
Blue cheese and bacon are one of my favorite combinations. I love them on salad and have put them in beer bread. Since we are featuring picnic items in June and I love taking corn muffins to a picnic I thought I’d tweak some ready-mix muffins with these two yummy items. Here’s my quick version or you can add blue cheese and bacon to one of your own favorite cornbread recipes.

Ingredientes
- 2 8.5 oz pkgs Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/3 cup real bacon bits
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Line a muffin pan with 12 muffin liners.
- Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
- Yield: 12 corn muffins
