Ingredientes
- 4 lg. peppers
- 1 c. quick cook rice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 lbs. lean beef
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients. Clean and core peppers, spoon ingredients into peppers and place on microwave pie plate. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on High 18 to 20 min. Remove wrap and top with Cheddar cheese if you like.
