Ingredientes
- 4 c. fresh or possibly partially thawed blueberries
- 1 unbaked 9" pie shell
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, sweetened & whipped
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Set oven to 400 degrees. Pour blueberries in shell. In a small bowl combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt. Stir in cream and lowfat milk with wire whisk. Pour over berries. Bake 45 min. If edges brown too fast, use aluminum foil strips to cover. Cold on wire rack; then chill. Garnish with whipped cream. Serves 8.
