%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI'll%20be%20back%20this%20week%20with%20a%20whole%20new%20round%20of%20recipes%20&%20I've%20been%20trying%20to%20work%20on%20some%20improvements%20to%20the%20blog.%20%20I'm%20working%20on%20a%20new%20recipe%20index%20&%20hoping%20to%20have%20that%20done%20very%20soon%20for%20y'all!%20%20It%20will%20hopefully%20make%20it%20much%20easier%20to%20find%20some%20of%20your%20favorite%20recipes!%20:)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EToday,%20Lori%20from%20Lori's%20Culinary%20Creations%20is%20hanging%20out%20in%20the%20Kitchen%20sharing%20a%20delicious%20cookie%20recipe%20that%20I%20love!!%20%20The%20combination%20is%20one%20I%20never%20would%20have%20thought%20to%20try%20but%20now%20that%20I've%20seen%20it,%20I%20can't%20wait%20to%20test%20these%20out%20myself!!%20%20Hope%20y'all%20had%20a%20great%20weekend!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHello%20readers%20and%20fans%20of%20Mom's%20Test%20Kitchen.%20This%20is%20Lori%20from%20Lori's%20Culinary%20Creations%20and%20I%20have%20the%20honor%20of%20guest%20posting%20here%20today!%20So%20good%20to%20meet%20everyone.%20My%20blog%20is%20about%20all%20my%20adventures%20in%20the%20kitchen%20where%20I%20share%20my%20recipes,%20favorite%20foods%20and%20also%20do%20some%20product%20reviews%20that%20I%20feel%20will%20be%20beneficial%20to%20my%20readers.%20You%20can%20also%20find%20me%20on%20Facebook,%20Pinterest%20and%20Twitter.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENow%20let's%20talk%20about%20some%20delicious%20cookies%20shall%20we?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBlueberries%20and%20chocolate...%20sounds%20delicious%20doesn't%20it?%20Hubby%20had%20seen%20something%20on%20TV%20about%20blueberry%20white%20chocolate%20cookies%20and%20was%20determined%20to%20have%20some%20for%20himself.%20Being%20the%20good%20little%20wifey,%20I%20told%20him%20I'd%20bake%20him%20a%20batch.%20He%20loves%20white%20chocolate,%20I%20like%20dark%20chocolate.%20So%20I%20made%20a%20couple%20dozen%20cookies%20with%202/3%20having%20white%20chocolate%20and%201/3%20dark%20chocolate.%20My%20sweet%20tooth%20isn't%20nearly%20as%20%22advanced%22%20as%20his.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20recipe%20was%20adapted%20from%20The%20Pinterest%20Project%20and%20I%20substituted%20blueberries%20for%20raspberries%20and%20skipped%20the%20lemon.%20I%20also%20made%20the%20error%20of%20using%20Almond%20Extract%20instead%20of%20vanilla%20since%20I%20grabbed%20the%20wrong%20thing%20out%20of%20the%20pantry.%20But%20no%20worries,%20it%20turned%20out%20really%20great.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPre-heat%20the%20oven%20to%20350%20degrees%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20large%20bowl,%20add%20the%20butter,%20cream%20cheese%20and%20sugar%20and%20blend%20until%20creamy.%20Add%20the%20egg%20and%20blend%20together.%20Add%20the%20extract%20and%20the%20water%20and%20blend%20until%20smooth.%20In%20another%20bowl,%20whisk%20together%20the%20flour,%20baking%20soda%20and%20salt.%20Slowly%20incorporate%20the%20dry%20ingredients%20into%20the%20wet.%20Blend%20together.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESince%20I%20was%20making%20this%20with%20two%20types%20of%20chocolate,%20I%20divided%20the%20mix%20into%201/3%20and%202/3%20dough%20mixes.%20In%20the%20large%20one,%20I%20added%20the%20white%20chocolate%20chips%20since%20hubby%20loves%20cookies%20more%20then%20me.%20I'm%20so%20nice%20to%20give%20him%20the%202/3%20batch.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20the%20small%20batch%20(the%201/3),%20I%20added%20the%20dark%20chocolate%20chips.%20I%20then%20blended%20the%20blueberries%20into%20each%20batch,%20again%20dividing%201/3%20&%202/3.%20If%20you%20are%20using%20frozen%20blueberries%20(thaw%20them%20first%20:-)),%20blend%20them%20in%20carefully%20as%20you%20don't%20want%20to%20squish%20them.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERoll%20the%20dough%20up%20into%20little%20balls%20and%20place%20on%20a%20lightly%20greased%20cookie%20sheet.%20I%20made%20it%20easy%20on%20myself%20and%20used%20a%20melon%20baller%20to%20scoop%20them%20up%20and%20drop%20them%20on%20the%20cookie%20sheet.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%2011-13%20minutes%20or%20until%20done.%20%20One%20thing%20I%20did%20with%20my%20second%20round%20of%20baking%20was%20to%20flatten%20out%20the%20little%20balls%20so%20they%20cookies%20were%20less%20fluffy%20and%20more%20like%20a%20regular%20shaped%20cookie.%20This%20is%20up%20to%20you%20how%20you%20want%20to%20do%20them,%20but%20the%20baking%20time%20is%20about%20the%20same.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWith%20the%20cream%20cheese,%20these%20came%20out%20more%20%22cake%20like%22%20then%20crunchy%20%22cookie%20like.%22%20Don't%20get%20me%20wrong%20they%20were%20still%20very%20good%20and%20I%20love%20the%20mix%20of%20the%20tart%20dark%20chocolate%20with%20the%20blueberries.%20I%20think%20if%20I%20were%20to%20do%20these%20again%20(and%20I%20likely%20will),%20I%20would%20reduce%20the%20flour%20by%20about%201/8-1/4%20cup%20to%20give%20them%20a%20bit%20more%20moisture,%20however%20these%20certainly%20were%20a%20winner%20in%20my%20household.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EYou%20can%20see%20the%20cake%20like%20texture%20in%20the%20center%20and%20boy%20were%20they%20fluffy!!%20Do%20you%20like%20yours%20cr
