Receta Blueberry Kuchen

Ingredientes
- 3 c. blueberries (or possibly peaches or possibly Italian plums)
- 1 c. + 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. + 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
Direcciones
- Combine 1 c. flour with 1 Tbsp. sugar. Cut in butter with pastry blender till mix resembles oatmeal. Fold in vinegar. Work pastry into smooth ball and either press out with fingers or possibly roll out dough. Place in quiche dish or possibly springform pan.
- Clean fruit and cut into slices if peaches or possibly plums. Combine fruit with 1 c. sugar and 1 Tbsp. flour. Stir and mix gently. Arrange fruit in pastry. Bake for 40 min at 400 degrees.
