Receta Blueberry Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines blueberry muffin mix
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tbsp. oil
Direcciones
- Drain blueberries. Rinse and set aside. In a medium bowl, stir together muffin mix, flour and baking pwdr. Stir in water, egg and oil. Mix till well blended. Mix in blueberries. Pour batter on preheated, lightly greased griddle. Cook till pancakes begin to dry and bubble on top. Flip pancake and cook till golden. Makes 12 (4 1/2 inch) pancakes.
