Receta Boiled Chocolate Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/4 cake or possibly 2 sq. Baker's chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Yolks of 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 T butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Whites of the 3 large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar
Direcciones
- Cook chocolate, lowfat milk and egg yolks in double boiler till thick. Let cool. Cream sugar and butter. Beat chocolate mix into this. Add in dry ingredients, then vanilla and the whites of the large eggs well beaten. Bake in three 9 inch layer cake pans.
- Cook till mix makes a soft ball in water. Pour into whites of 2 large eggs and beat till thick and creamy. Add in 1 tsp vanilla.
