Receta Boiled Crab

Ingredientes
- 1 doz crabs
- 1 1/2 gal Water
- 1/2 box salt
- 2 x Onions, quartered
- 3 x Lemons, quartered
- 1 bag crab boil
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1 whl garlic, halved
- 1 bot (small) warm pepper sauce
- 1 x Green pepper, halved
- 3 x Ribs celery
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except crabs and boil for 1 to 1-1/2 hrs. Purge crabs in fresh running water. Put purged crabs in brew and cover. Let come to a boil. Boil for 20 min. Turn off fire and let soak for 10 min.
- Crabs will be very peppery. If less peppery crabs are desired, use less warm pepper sauce.
