Receta Boiled Vanilla Custard

Ingredientes
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 quart. lowfat milk, hot
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 lg. marshmallows, cut up
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs. Add in sugar and lowfat milk. Cook in a double boiler over low heat. Cook till mix thickens and coats a metal spoon, Stir constantly. Remove from heat and add in 6 large marshmallows cut up into small pcs. Heat completely. Add in 1 tsp. vanilla. Cold and chill. Serve with whipped cream or possibly Cold Whip. Great with coconut cake.
