Receta Spicy Devilled Eggs

Ingredientes
- 6 hard cooked large eggs
- 1 T fresh parsley
- 1 T scallions, chopped
- 1 small jalapeno pepper
- 1/4 c. Miracle Whip
- 1/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp cilantro (optional)
- healthy pinch cayenne pepper
- healthy pinch chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp horseradish, grated
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
Direcciones
- Slice each egg in half crosswise. Scrape out yolks saving contents in a bowl. Add in mayonnaise, mustard and blend together. Add in remaining ingredients to put together.Spoon approximately 1 T of the yolk mix into each egg half. Sprinkle lightly with chili pwdr and paprika. Garnish with a sprig of parsley.
