  • 1 cup boiling water 1 inch ginger, peeled and sliced into matchsticks 4 cloves garlic, minced ground white pepper salt oil 3 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp water used from rehydrating shiitake 1 tsp sugar
