Receta Bok Choy With Hot Bacon Sauce

- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. Chili sauce
- 6 slc Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. Veg. oil
- 3 c. Minced bok choy
Direcciones
- Combine first five ingredients in a saucepan; simmer 5 min. Heat oil in a wok or possibly large skillet. Add in bok choy; stir fry till crisp tender. Place on serving dish; spoon warm sauce over.
- Serves 6.
