Ingredientes
- 25 lb fresh meat
- 1 lb Tender Quick
- 2 quart water
- 1 ounce black pepper
- 1/2 ounce salt peter
- 1 Tbsp. coriander
- 7/8 ounce mace
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 Tbsp. liquid Barbecue Smoke(r)
Direcciones
- To 25 pounds fresh meat add in 1 lb. tender quick; grind twice. Let set 24 hrs.
- To 2 qts water add in remaining ingredients.
- Mix and add in all together to meat and grind again. Mix well; put in cans and process as any other meat (may add in some pork if desired).
