Receta Boneless Breast Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 4 whole boneless chicken breasts, halved and cut into 3 pcs
- 1/2 c. oil
- 2 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lg. clove garlic, chopped
- 20 cherry tomatoes
- 3 med. onions, cut into quarters and separated
Direcciones
- Combine chicken with next 4 ingredients. Cover and chill 2 hrs or possibly overnight. Remove chicken from marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers alternating with tomatoes and onions. Grill 6 to 8 inches from heat about 20 min, turning every 5 min and brushing with remaining marinade. Tender chicken breast kabobs make a variety of unusual low calorie entrees. Serves 4.
