Ingredientes
- 6 x Boneless pork loin chops, 1/2" thick, ( I use breakfast chops with bone in)
- 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Celery salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cumin pwdr
Direcciones
- Trim fat if there is any. Combine the spices and rub into the meat on all sides. Let the meat sit for 5 min. Preheat the machine for 5 min.
- Close the lid; and grill for 6-7 min. Do not overcook.
