Receta Honey Oatmeal Muffins Ii

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 c. Rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 3 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Honey Granola, if you like
Direcciones
- In mixing bowl, combine flour, oats, baking pwdr, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. In small mixing bowl, blend together lowfat milk, egg, oil and honey. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Pour liquid mix into well. Blend just till moistened. Fill paper-lined or possibly greased muffin pan c. 3/4 full.
- If you like, sprinkle with granola. Bake at 425[F 12 to 15 min.
