Receta Bonnie's Pizza Dough

Ingredientes
- 3 to 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 to 1 c. lukewarm water
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Thoroughly stir flour, sugar and salt in a bowl. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and add in to flour mix. Stir again and add in extra virgin olive oil. Stir till the dough begins to create a ball in the bowl. Place the ball of dough on a lightly floured dough cloth and knead 8 to 10 min. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a hot, draft free place till doubled in size. Punch dough down and knead again. Allow dough to rise additional 20 min, roll out. Bake 25 min at 450 degrees.
