Receta Booze Cake
Ingredientes
- CAKE:
- 1 box white cake mix
- 4 egg whites
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 ¼ cups water
- JELLO SHOTS:
- 1 cup water
- 1 small box of Jello: any flavor you like
- 1 cup vodka
Direcciones
- Bake cake according to directions on the box using a bundt cake pan.
- Allow cake to cool.
- To mix Jello Shots:Heat water in microwave on High for 4 minutes until boiling.
- Stir in Jello for 1 minute.
- Add vodka. Stir for 1 minute more..
- Remove cake from pan. Wash and dry pan. Spray pan with cooking spray. Return cake to bundt pan. Using a the handle end of a wooden spoon, poke holes around the cake about an inch apart. Dump Jello Shot mixture into holes in cake. Place cake in refrigerator for 3 hours. Remove cake from pan and enjoy.
- If you prefer more booze, double the jello shot mixture using a large box of Jello and 2 cups water and vodka.
