Receta Bourbon Barbequed Ribs

Ingredientes
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 1/2 lbs. fresh pork spareribs, cut into serving pcs
- 1/3 c. bourbon
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- Warm pepper sauce to taste
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients except spareribs; let stand at room temperature for 1 1/2 hrs. Place spareribs, meaty side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. Roast, uncovered in 325 degree oven 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Brush sauce over ribs, roasting, turning and brushing frequently with sauce till ribs are done. Heat remaining sauce to boil, serve with ribs. If served on platter, garnish with lemon slices.
