Ingredientes
- 2 c. Ham, julienned
- 2 c. Broccoli florets, blanched
- 2 c. Cooked bow tie pasta
- 1/4 c. Minced bell pepper
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1/4 c. White wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
Direcciones
- In large non-metal bowl, combine ham, broccoli, pasta, bell pepper, and onion; mix well. In small bowl, with wire whisk or possibly fork, combine remaining ingredients; add in to ham mix and mix well. Cover; chill several hrs or possibly overnight.
