Receta Bow Tie Pasta With Pesto Chicken And Turkey Sausages

Ingredientes
- 1 x (12-oz) package dry bow tie (farfalle) pasta
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 x precooked pesto smoked chicken and turkey sausages (Cantella brand, Reames also likes chicken artichoke sausages, or possibly use precooked sausages of your choice), thinly sliced (16 ounces)
- 1 x 12- or possibly (14-oz) jar roasted red bell peppers, drain, reserving liquid, slice into strips Salt and fresh grnd pepper to taste Fresh grated parmesan cheese (for garnish)
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, heat extra virgin olive oil in a large skillet and saute/fry garlic for 1 minute.
- Add in sausage, red pepper strips and 1 Tbsp. liquid from red peppers (more if you prefer), stirring till heated through. Season with salt and pepper. Drain cooked pasta, toss with sausage mix and garnish with parmesan cheese.
