Receta Braised Asparagus

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
- 2 lb Medium asparagus spears, tough ends removed Fine sea salt, to taste Freshly grnd pepper, to taste Coarse see salt, to taste
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, heat butter over Medium heat. Add in asparagus and shake the skillet unitl they fall into a single layer on th bottom of the pan.
- Raise the heat slightly and cook till the butter starts to sizzle, 1-2 min. Season with fine sea salt and pepper. Reduce heat to Low. With a spatula, rotate the asparagus as they cook, turning them so they brown slightly on all sides. Cook for an additional 10-12 min, or possibly till tender. Taste for seasoning. With a slotted spoon, gently transfer the asparagus to a platter. Sprinkle with a small amount of coarse sea salt.
- Serve immediately
- Serves 6.
