Receta Braised Mui Choy With Roasted Pork Belly
Ingredientes
- 500 g Roasted Pork Belly, sliced thickly
- 500 g Mui Choy (Preserved Vegetables), washed, soaked for 10 minutes, and sliced
- 30 g Cane Sugar
- 2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 4 Cups of Water

- In a large pot, combine the roasted pork, mui choy, cane sugar, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, and water. Bring it to a boil and reduce the heat. Simmer for about 1 1/2 hours. Adjust the seasoning with sugar and salt. Serve warm.
