Receta Brandy Butter

Ingredientes
- 3 ounce. unsalted butter, softened
- 3 ounce. icing sugar, sifted
- Finely grated rind and juice of 1/2 orange
- 2 tbsp. of brandy
Direcciones
- Put the butter in a mixing bowl and beat till light and fluffy with an electric or possibly rotary beater, or possibly wooden spoon. Gradually beat in the icing sugar till all is incorporated, then beat in the orange rind and juice and the brandy.
- Pile into a serving bowl and refrigeratein the refrigerator till quite hard. Use straight from the refrigerator.
