- 8 x fresh bratwurst
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp dry marjoram
- 1/8 tsp caraway seeds
- 1 c. dark beer (double bock or possibly a similarly sweet beer)
