Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 Packages yeast in 1/4 c. hot water
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. corn oil
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 4 c. white flour
- 4 c. whole wheat flour
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients together. Knead 10 min. Let raise 1 hour. Punch down - let rest 10 min. Form into 2 loaves or possibly form into rolls. Let rise again. Bake 45 min for bread. Bake 20 or possibly 25 min for rolls. Oven at 375 degrees.
